1. Who We Are

Horizon Prize Co. LLC, doing business as Horizon Prize Co. ("Horizon Prize Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), operates HorizonPrizeCo.com. We are a rider community brand: we run giveaways for motorcycle gear and moto-tech, and we sell Horizon apparel and accessories. Questions about this policy can go to info@horizonprizeco.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in four main ways:

• Email list. Your email address (and your name, if you give it) when you join our list.
• Orders. Your name, shipping address, email, phone number (if provided), and the items you order. Payment card details are entered with and processed by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Giveaways. Your Instagram username, public profile information, and entry activity (such as likes and comments on the official giveaway post). If you enter by mail, the details on your entry card. If you win, the information needed to confirm you are eligible, deliver your prize, and meet tax reporting rules, which can include a signed affidavit and, for prizes valued at $600 or more, an IRS Form W-9 with your Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email or direct message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Send you giveaway announcements, product drops, and community updates (if you joined our list)
• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, send order and shipping updates, and handle exchanges and claims
• Run our giveaways: track entries, select and verify winners, deliver prizes, and handle required tax reporting
• Answer your questions and requests
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate or automated giveaway entries
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms and Official Rules

4. Email Communications

If you join our list, we will email you about giveaways, new merch, and community news. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing info@horizonprizeco.com.

If you place an order, we will still send emails about that order (confirmations, shipping updates, exchange details) even if you have unsubscribed from marketing emails.

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking tools.

Our shop saves your cart in your own browser (using "local storage") so your items are still there when you come back. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Our email provider records an anonymous view of the sign-up form on our homepage so we can see how many visitors sign up, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. Both services receive your IP address as part of delivering their content.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first.

6. Who We Share Information With

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• MailerLite, which sends our emails
• Netlify, which hosts our website
• Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts on our pages
• Our payment processor, which handles card payments securely
• Printify and its print partners, who make and ship your order (they receive your name, shipping address, and order details)
• Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, who deliver your order
• Instagram (Meta), where giveaway entries take place. Your activity on Instagram is also covered by Meta's own privacy policy.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

When we announce a winner, we may share the winner's name, city and state, and Instagram username, as allowed by that giveaway's Official Rules.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

7. How Long We Keep It

• Email list information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
• Order records: as long as needed for customer service, accounting, and tax purposes
• Giveaway entries: for the giveaway period and the time needed to verify and announce the winner
• Winner tax documents: as long as the law requires, stored securely and used only for tax reporting

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and sensitive documents like tax forms are kept separate and access-restricted. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Not be treated differently for using any of these rights

To make a request, email info@horizonprizeco.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time required by law. We may keep certain records, such as order and tax records, when the law requires it.

10. Age Requirement

Our website, giveaways, and community are for adults 18 and older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as our business changes, and we will change the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Major changes will also be announced on our site or by email.
